Father God, thank you for this brand new day LORD God. We ask for understanding as we read Your Word and may You write Your Word on our hearts in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.

Today's lead Word is from James 1:5 (NKJV)

"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him."

Amen, thank you LORD.

Today's lead Word is reminding us that wisdom comes from God. We are also reminded that when you need help in an area of life, maybe at school with your school work or you need God's help with making good friends, God is reminding us that He is able to give you wisdom when we ask for it. The next verse tells us that after we ask for God's wisdom, we must also believe that we have received it by not doubting whether God has heard our prayers (James 1:6).

So my question to you today, is there an area of your life where you need God's wisdom? And if yes, have you asked for God's help and wisdom? If not, let us ask God now.

Prayer: Father God, thank you that wisdom is belongs to You and You are able to freely give it to everyone asks. Right now, I am asking for wisdom in this area of my life......................(name the area) and I receive Your help in the name of Jesus, Amen. Thank you LORD.
