God makes you strong

Joshua 1:9 (NKJV)
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and be of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go."
Amen, thank you LORD.
In today's lead Scripture, we are reminded of a man called Joshua. God told Joshua that he would replace the former leader of God's people called Moses. Moses was supposed to lead God's people from Egypt to the promised land but he did not listen to God's commands when He spoke to him. So God replaced Moses' leadership with Joshua. Joshua, as the new leader, led God's people to the promised land He had prepared for them. However, this was a big task for Joshua so God encouraged Joshua to be strong and courageous. God also re assured Joshua that He would be with him wherever he went.
So is there anything that makes you feel afraid? - God is encouraging and reminding you as well just like He did with Joshua that He is with you with every decision you may make and every step of your journey as well so you do not have to be afraid or worried. God is on your side.
Let's say this prayer together: Father God, thank you that You are on my side. Thank you that You are with me every step of the way and with every decision I make. Thank you LORD that fear has no place in my life because You love me by Your grace I am strong and courageous ready to do exploits for the glory of Your Kingdom in the name of Jesus, amen. Thank you LORD.
