The Love of God

John 3:16 NIrV

"God so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son. Anyone who believes in Him will not die but will have eternal life."

Amen, thank you LORD.

Today's Bible verse is reminding us of God's love for the entire world which includes you. When God sent Jesus to die for our sins, He was the proof that God loved the world. You see when God looks at you, He sees someone He loves very much. God says, when you receive the gift of salvation that is found in His beloved Son, Jesus, you will have eternal life and every blessing that God has prepared for you.

In case you are wondering, eternal life is living in the company of God, Jesus and other believers in heaven along with God's angels. So when God says He has given you eternal life, it means that your sins are forgiven and now you have a new relationship with God where He makes sure that you will live forever with Him in heaven.

How does one receive salvation?

If you would like to receive eternal life where you get to live with God in eternity forever through the forgiveness of sin, please say this prayer with me:

"I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ, the Son of God came in a human body to die for my sins so that I could have eternal life and be in right relationship with God as my heavenly Father today and forever."

Amen! "

Prayer: Father God, we thank you for Your eternal love. We thank you for Jesus and because of Jesus, my sins are forgiven and I have received of the gift of abundant and eternal life in the name of Jesus. Father, I ask that You continue to keep me in Your love, mercy, protection, peace, joy, laughter and right relationship with Jesus in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you LORD.
